Mega Thanks for the Beltaine Cincinnati PPD
I want to thank everyone that came out to Saturdays Beltaine Cincinnati PPD.
Apparently we are doing what the Goddess wants because she continues to smile down on us.
As late as Friday 11pm, it was still calling for rain 70% all day onSaturday. When I awoke on Saturday, the sun was shining and it was calling for the weather to be "clear" all day. This isn't the first
time She has protected us like this, so I know what we are doing is pleasing Her.
Congratulations:
To our 2009 May Queen: Samantha and Her Greenman: Nicholas
Special Thanks to:
Our 2008 May Queen, Tonyana. Without an official Maypole ceremony this year, we had to improvise and she has been the true epitome of royalty in deciding the 2009 May Queen and never once complaining.
Our 2008 Greenman, Skot; who, without his support and feedback, wemight not have been able to work out some very important situationswith this event.
Thank you to:
Our workshop presenters: Blaze Lee Dragon and Laura Moonwoman for giving their time to the awesome workshops
Our Children's workshop presenters: Rich for always being there for the kids
Our vendors: Pagan Presence, Inc., Costumes by Loren, Crystal's Glass and the Unitarian Universalist Council of Cincinnati
Mystic Ash for the Druid ritual and being so gracious at working around not having a Maypole
To everyone that bought raffle tickets and participated in the auction to support our organization
To the volunteers that make this happen: Tena, Melanie, Linda
To Sierra for selling raffle tickets
To Lonnie, Cortez and Jenny, my co-Board of Dirctors.
Last, but definitely not least, to my kids; who still love me when each event is over. LOL
If we've inadvertantly left anyone out, we certainly apologize.
These events don't run by themselves and we are so eternally grateful for every thing that anyone does.
This Greater Cincinnati Pagan community steps up every time. We are very blessed.
Love, mega hugs and the greatest blessings to everyone,
Kyttenn
